Ryan Dait is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with a fiduciary duty and licensed Life & Health Insurance Producer.

Ryan brings an experience-driven approach to helping late-career employees, business
owners and retirees navigate the complexities of retirement planning with clarity and
confidence. Inspired by his own family’s experience with financial uncertainty during a
sudden loss, Ryan understands the deep personal nature of planning for life transitions.
Ryan takes pride in being able to listen carefully to each client’s retirement goals,
values, and concerns, and building a retirement plan around those priorities.

Ryan guides clients through a comprehensive retirement planning process that focuses
on the six key pillars of a comprehensive retirement plan including retirement income,
tax mitigation, health care and legacy planning. Once done, Ryan continues to advise
and guide clients through their retirement years.

As an independent retirement advisor, Ryan puts his clients first in the planning
process. He develops worry-free retirement plans for individuals, couples and families
utilizing a wide range of financial products and services from leading global and national
financial service companies. Ryan specifically helps his clients create 30-year written
retirement plans, built on their retirement goals and dreams, that are continually
updated as life changes.
